The bathroom condition was very poor with the tap for the bathtub damaged therefore bathtub could not be used. Typical Indonesian Breakfast and not European. Location far from shopping areas/main city.

The airconditioning unit of my room is bad intact I opened up the filter it was not serviced and maintain. There also many flies and cochroaches in the room. Bath tub outlet water is stucked.

This hotel is located in a strategic area with easy access to public transportation and plenty of street food vendors. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check-in early.

There was nothing I didn't like.

For me the hotel is far from everything...n the room got cocroaches.

The hotel had a convenient location close to public transportation and a few restaurants. The room had a comfortable bed and sheets seemed clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Plus, there was a vending machine with snacks and drinks available in the lobby.

The room was not as clean as we expected, with dust and hair on the floors and bed. The bathroom was outdated and dirty.

The hotel was very affordable and the staff was incredibly friendly. They were always available to answer any questions we had and they were happy to help us with anything we needed. The location of the hotel was also great, as it was close to many key attractions and had easy access to public transportation. One of the best things about our stay was the comfortable and spacious rooms, which were perfect for our family of four.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the room was not cleaned properly and there was some dirt and rubbish left under the beds.

The staff members were very kind, courteous and helpful. Hotel fees were reasonable.

The hotel and facilities were old. There were also bedbugs because I was scratching while sleeping.

Ugly toilet, dirty and stinky elevator and corridor. Insects. Quite far from the city center. Staff friendly and helpful, but not well informed about ex.city transportation, events etc.

Reception staff was friendly, they made us breakfast at 6.00 AM

The shower was very dirty. the curtain was yellow and it smelled bad. Some of my friends also saw cockroaches. The beds were ok but overall it was a very old, dirty hotel.
